Tierra Mayor takes on Huanacache (Sarmiento Department, San Juan, Argentina) a 55 hectare farm. It is a region which is very neat to Valle del Pedernal and was once inhabited by Indians Huarpes.

Vineyards in the foothills of the Andes Mountains at an altitude of around 1000, established in 2006 with the following varieties,

[RED GRAPES] Syrah, Malbec, Petit Verdot, Tannat, Bonarda, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon.

[WHITE GRAPES] Viognier, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
